Campaigns in Circle help you connect with your audience in a personalized and effective way. Follow these steps to create a campaign:
Navigate to the Campaigns Module
- From the main dashboard, click on Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
- Select Create New Campaign to begin.
Choose a Campaign Type
- Select the channel you want to use for your campaign:
- Email Campaign: For newsletters, promotions, and updates.
- SMS Campaign: For concise and direct messaging.
- WhatsApp Campaign: For engaging, multimedia-rich interactions.
Define Campaign Details
- Enter a Campaign Name for internal tracking.
